We want you to be happy with your Sly3 order. This policy explains how refunds and returns work. It applies to orders placed through sly3game.com and shipped within the United States.
Before Your Order Ships
Changed your mind? Email us at info@sly3game.com any time before your order ships and we'll cancel it for a 100% refund — no questions asked.
After Your Order Ships
Because Sly3 is a sealed deck of playing cards, all sales are final once an order has shipped. At this time we're unable to offer refunds or replacements after your order is on its way.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
